Fire Hydrant Fun! ***** SUNFLOWER UPDATE!!!*****

Hi Gang! This here is Sluggo. Me, Murphy and Duke are on our way to Winston's for our boys retreat.

We are almost there, but we got delayed.

I went to our meetup this morning to pick up Murphy and Duke.

Duke is driving us. We got all packed up, then I noticed my sister Wilma was spying on us.

She doesn't think I saw her, but I did. We had to take a detour so she couldn't  follow us.

What she doesn't know, is that I swiped something on my way out!

Hahahaha, that's right, I stole the map to the secret Sunflower fortress.

I can't believe I got away with it. My Fire Hydrant boys are gonna be so excited.

This is a huge score.

Yep, so we're almost there. Me Murphy and Duke.We gave those Sunflower Sisters the slip!

Sluggo, you and your Fire Hydrant Boys are going to have to get up pretty early in the morning if you think you are going to get one over on me and my girls!!!

Oh hi, you've caught me preparing for the big Sunflower Club camp out this weekend.

While you're here, allow me to show you around.

Here at Camp Sunflower

We have outdoor showers for your bathing needs.

Your safety  is of utmost importance to us. All crosswalks are clearly marked.

In the event of foul weather, we have our cabin, with wood burning stove. (doubtful we'll need it this weekend)

Of course Nurse Brigitte will be on duty for any of your medical needs.

We have lots of activities to keep you busy, such as our game room.

Nature talks.

Our tranquility garden for quiet reflection.

and nearby swimming.

For those of you concerned about your figure (and who among us loaves of bread isn't)  nutritious meals will be provided from our organic container garden,

tended to by Farmer Dad seen here with his ginormous garlic harvest.

Camp Sunflower had a lovely vegetable garden, before this guy came to town

But, fear not, ole Pitchfork Paul up the street took care of him. (I don't ask questions, just happy to be rid of him)

These amenities, along with all the awesome things You all are bringing will make this

one rockin' Sunflower Club Campout!!!

Check in officially begins at 3:00 PM EST tomorrow July23rd.

OK girls, lets talk about dresses, shopping and long walks on the beach....

Alright, now that we've fooled the boys,lets get down to business.  We don't have long before they figure it out.

First things first. You may be wondering about the title of today's post. Well, it is written in a secret code called Pug Latin. Basically all's you have to do is take the first letter from a word and tack it on the end followed by ay. If you have any questions, go to the parent you trust the most and ask for a translation. I am going to have to communicate super secret club business in this Pug Latin.

As far as the camp out is concerned, I was thinking of having it this weekend, Friday and Saturday night. Everyone could be home safe and sound by Sunday night.

If you can't stay the whole weekend, you can just stop by anytime.

Now, for supplies. I was hoping everybody could bring something. I will post a list of what I think we need, but if you have an idea for something else, just let me know.

Alright, we know Tweedles is bringing the marshmallows, so that's covered..

OK that's a start.I have tents, a hammock,  campfire wood, coolers, canteens, utensils, and I will make something special.
