Sock Monkey Stable After Frontal Lobotomy

Hi folks, it's Brigitte here. I know many of you voiced concerns over the health of Sock monkey bed after I was forced through starvation to begin eating him last week. Well, fear not. He is back and in full form, sans a few lobes of his brain.

Once I was given sustenance, in the form of real food, we brought sock monkey bed to the hospital.

There, under the excellent care of their staff and famous monkey brain surgeon, Dr Toob Sok he was returned to almost new. They ran some tests, cauterized some blood vessels and stitched him right up. After a few days in intensive care, and a good bed bath, he is back home safe and sound. He has been happily doing what he does best, Providing me with a lovely comfortable spot to rest my pug butt. And the best part is, he has no memory of the trauma. In fact the new shape of his half brainless head provides me with a perfect divot to rest my chin in.

  3. Bridgette,

So glad everything turned out well. I was worried but I understand the need to eat other stuff when you are starving to death.

Glad the monkey survived! We thought we were going to have to play that Pixies song "Monkey's Gone to Heaven" a few times in his honor, but we're glad for this better news!

I'm sure mom and dad won't wait like 38596893473 hours to feed you anymore. You sure showed THEM!
