Wil's Wednesday Words of Wisdom

"Never get out of bed until you hear the kibble hit the bowl."

It's been said, that I am a very wise pug, and I can't really argue that. I've decided it might be nice if  I started sharing some of my wisdom with all my peeps.
So on Wednesdays ( clearly, due to the catchy sounding post title) I will start to bestow said enlightmment upon you all.
Let me know what you think, and feel free to share any of your own insights. Because let's face it, we all know that pugs, in particular, have a very high level of intellegence. Why not share with the mortals.

  1. oh Wilma that bed looks awfully comfortable. I personally am an early riser. Yep 6 am for me even on mom's days off. She is hoping some day I'll be a lazy pug, but for now I"m super duper active. I love my kibble, but I don't get it in a bowl, I eat too fast so I have to eat out of a KONG. I agree us pugs are so smart, and good looking...it's like the total package. Thanks for your words of wisdom and enjoy that bed

  7. Hi all,
Looks like its a go. I will do my best to share my pearls of wisdom on a weekly basis. Glad you like it.

    My dear Anakin and Sequoia,
Looks like I'll be eating some crow for breakfast tomorrow. I wonder if I'll recognize the sound. Naturally, I am sorry for sullying your rep Anakin and for implying you would be unfaithful to your beloved Sequoia. I guess you could say maybe some readers are in order or perhaps Lasik surgery. More likely it was a case of me running my mouth. Ordinarily, I wouldn't cop to that, but I really like you guys and I hated to see you so upset.I must say,it made for a very exciting post today though. Anakin, you look pretty cute when your all fired up lke that. I admire your fire!

  9. In humanville it's every man for himself in the kibble department. Doggies have their servants but we 2-leggd creatures aren't so lucky. Besides, I remember some younger pugs who were up at 5:00 a.m.!!! Maybe aging does have it's advantages.

  10. hey wil, i agree- if someone is going to feed me go right ahead and i will stay in bed until
they call me or wake me to a delicious breakfast tha t i didnt have to do-
oh yees i call that heaven. So sleep until you hear the kibbles in the bowl or whatever m it is your parents do
let them cater to you. yah i think that is good
    for you.
